I have suffered from chronic tension headaches for years. At the end of a very bad day I decided to google a doctor in Sugar Land who could administer Botox for headaches. I quickly found Elite Doc Health and Beauty and they were able to sent up an appointment the next day. Upon a thorough discussion' Dr. Keshwani agreed to give me my first treatment. Within just a few hours I felt better! It has only been 24 hours, but I am so excited something is finally working for me. I will certainly be back!

I love going to Elite Doc because everyone is so nice and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I just occasionally dabble in the world of fillers so I have been to a couple different offices and this is by far one of my favorites. Miriam is so helpful, cheerful and comforting and Dr. Keshwani has a great bedside manner.
I was more than impressed with my first visit at Elite Doc Health & Beauty Medical spa. Dr. Naz was especially attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. The front office staff was very warm and inviting and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. The nurses were very well informed on all of the procedures and made sure that I understood the services and aftercare for each one. I can’t wait to visit again and get more services.

Ive gotten my IPL photofacial and microdermabrasion done here at this location! Gulzar is amazing and very friendly. Make sure you buy their sunblock! Awesome service! Will be back regularly to get it done!
I drive all the way to Sugar Land from San Antonio to see Dr. Keshwani because he is the absolute BEST!!! My results with him have looked amazing and natural and he's very friendly, which makes the whole experience better. Gulzar is also super helpful and friendly and gives me suggestions without making me feel ugly. (Lol) I always leave Dr. Keshwani's office looking and feeling great!
